The community's location is very desirable due to its central location, offering an easy commute to key employment areas, both north and south, such as the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, Andrews Air Force Base in PG County and Washington DC. Public transportation, to points north, is available in Charlotte Hall, just a few short minutes away.
